Be Well With Tay, LLC Enrollment Agreement
- Introduction
This Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Be Well With Tay ("Company," "we," "us," "our", or “Taylor”) and you, the client ("Client", “student”, or "you"), effective upon the date of purchase or enrollment into any Be Well With Tay online course ("Course"). By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to the Course, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
- Online Course
Upon purchasing our Course, you gain access to our online educational materials, including modules, webinars, PDF’s and other content designed to provide knowledge and guidance related to menstrual cycle awareness and cycle syncing. These materials are provided for your personal use only and are not to be shared with anyone who has not purchased the Course. By signing this agreement, you agree not to share or distribute course materials with anyone who has not purchased the course.
- Nature of the relationship
You are aware that the coaching relationship with Be Well With Tay is in no way to be construed as psychological counseling, psychotherapy, or medical advice. In the event that you feel the need for professional counseling, therapy, or medical help, it is your responsibility to seek a licensed professional or licensed functional medicine practitioner.
- Client waiver
You understand that Be Well With Tay (Taylor Powelson) is a holistic integrative health coach offering motivational and educational services. Be Well With Tay and Taylor Powelson cannot be held liable for any advice, suggestions, or guidance provided during our work together.
- Confidentiality
Be Well With Tay agrees not to disclose any information with your name or other personal identifying information without your consent. Be Well With Tay reserves the right to share testimonials, [unidentifiable/faceless] pictures, celebrations/wins anonymously. Taylor has permission to record individual and group coaching sessions.
- Refund Policy
If 24 hours from purchase date, you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to communicate this and we will refund 100% of your purchase. If your refund request is made after 24 hours of purchase date but occurs on or before 14 days from date of purchase, we will refund you 50% of the purchase price. If your refund request occurs 15 days or later from the purchase date, refunds are not available.
- Payment Terms:
The program is a 3-month training + coaching program that provides weekly group coaching calls, chat support and online training videos (with lifetime access via a google document sent by email on the program end date).
The fee for this program comes with two options:
- $2500 paid in full at checkout.
- $900 for 3 months ($2,700 total, zero percent interest), starting on enrollment date - the Client’s credit card on file will be automatically charged for all payments mentioned herein.
- No Legal Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that Be Well With Tay and its instructors are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your participation in the Course. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding your success or profitability as a result of taking the Course. Your success depends on various factors, including your lifestyle habits, stress level, environment, and willingness to incorporate what you have learned.
- Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that Be Well With Tay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our Course.
- Attorneys' Fees
The prevailing party shall have the right to collect from the other party its reasonable costs and necessary disbursements and attorneys' fees incurred in enforcing this Agreement.
