Taylor PowelsonĀ has been in the health and wellness scene since 2003 when she worked as a Medical Assistant for over a decade in various hospital clinics, including OB/GYN and Pediatrics. She obtained her Yoga Teacher Certificate in Cedar City, Utah in 2012. She has experience as a Doula and a breastfeeding consultant. Since then, her services have evolved into teaching women menstrual cycle awareness and how to sync fitness, nutrition, and self-care to their cycles. She is SYNC Certified and IIN Hormone Heath Certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, plus Certified through the Institute for Menstrual Health, IMH.
